The Northcore Zen Board is a balance board designed as a multi-discipline trainer for fitness, yoga and board sports. Perfect for kids, beginners, intermediates and Pro's alike the Zen Board will sharpen your reflexes, strengthen your core and train both fast and slow-twitch muscle fibres. Regular use of the Zen Board will improve balance which translates directly to control and flow in board sports like surfing and snowboarding.
The Zen Board deck is handcrafted from 11-ply real wood construction. The deck is compact at 74cm x 28cm and only 2.2kgs but it's also rock solid and made to last a lifetime of use. The deck's surface is anti-slip so can be used barefoot or in shoes. The base has roller stops at either end to allow freedom of movement at the same time as maintaining control.
The 1.3kg high strength, soft surface 55cm roller can be used on any indoor surface without causing scratching or damage. Like the deck, it's tough but lightweight enough to transport anywhere.
